TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as the "Terms & Conditions" or this "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you (referred to herein as the "User" or "Get-Aid Ltd. customer" or "YOUR Campus customer") and Get-Aid Ltd. (referred to herein as " Get-Aid Ltd." or "YOUR Campus"). These Terms & Conditions are supplementary to the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the Customer KYC (Know Your Customer). By using the YOUR Campus App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which govern your relationship with Get-Aid Ltd. regarding the YOUR Campus App. Please carefully read and accept these Terms & Conditions before using the YOUR Campus App. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you will not be able to access or use any services through the YOUR Campus App. If you use this App in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions, Get-Aid Ltd. may block your access to the App, suspend your account, or take any other necessary steps as the circumstances of your misuse require.

Pricing

Get-Aid Ltd. reserves the exclusive right to determine the prices of all its goods and services. However, the prices will not exceed the maximum retail price fixed by the manufacturer or the government for goods or services. Prices are denoted in terms of credits, with each credit equivalent to BDT 1. Upon adding credit to the YOUR Campus App, it shall be construed as a purchase of services provided by YOUR Campus. The credit added to the YOUR Campus App is exclusively intended for utilization in acquiring services solely from YOUR Campus. The credit added to the YOUR Campus App is non-refundable. The prices of third-party products or services displayed on the Get-Aid Ltd.'s app are determined by the respective sellers.

Order Processing

Get-Aid Ltd. processes orders for its products or services automatically. However, for the e-commerce services of Get-Aid Ltd. known as YOUR Offers, the order processing system for each order will be displayed in detail.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of Vending Machine orders is not possible once the payment process is completed. However, buyers can cancel their orders at any time before making the payment. In the case of laundry service, purchased packages cannot be canceled. However, in certain cases, Get-Aid Ltd. may refund added credits to customers if it deems the specific case appropriate, logical, and valid from 3-5 days of receiving the request from the customer.

Delivery

For Vending Machine products, once the buyer selects and pays for a product, it will be automatically dispensed at the designated location of the machine for the buyer to collect. Any package or service purchased through the app will be added to the buyer's app account immediately. Regarding third-party/vendor products, Get-Aid Ltd. will provide the order information to the respective party or seller, and the buyer will collect the product from the seller's outlet or designated collection point. The customer may also avail home delivery to their intended address if the vendor offers such a service.

Returns

Vending Machine products are non-refundable unless there is an error in the product's condition or expiration date. In such cases, the buyer should inform Get-Aid Ltd.'s customer care and follow their instructions. Any package or service purchased through the app is not refundable. However, in certain cases, Get-Aid Ltd. may accept returns for YOUR Laundry or other services if it deems the circumstances logical, valid, and appropriate within 3-5 days of receiving the request from the customer. The return rules for third-party/seller's products will be governed by the return policy of the respective seller. Get-Aid Ltd. is not involved in the return process for third-party/seller's products.

Refunds

If a product fails to be delivered when purchasing from a Vending Machine, the buyer will receive a refund for the corresponding order. The refund processing time depends on the payment method: 24 hours for cash payment, 72 hours for bKash, Nagad payment, 24 hours for YOUR Campus App payment and up to 7-12 days for SSL Commerz (card, internet banking, and other mobile banking). Refunds are not applicable for packages or services displayed on the app, as they do not have a return system. In some cases, Get-Aid Ltd. may proceed with a refund for YOUR Laundry or other packages and services if the circumstances seem logical, valid, and appropriate to Get-Aid Ltd. within 3-5 days of receiving the request from the customers. The refund process for goods sold by third parties/sellers will follow the refund policy established by the respective party or seller, directly between the seller and the buyer.

After-Sales Service

After-sales service does not apply to Vending Machine products or packages and services offered through the Get-Aid Ltd.’s YOUR Campus app. The after-sales service for products provided by third parties/sellers will be the responsibility of the respective third party/seller. Get-Aid Ltd. is not responsible for after-sales service related to products provided by third parties or vendors.

Customer Service

Get-Aid Ltd. ensures 24/7 customer service to offer uninterrupted and convenient assistance to its customers. Customers can contact Get-Aid Ltd.'s call center or email for customer service support. However, customer care support time may vary for specific services, and Get-Aid Ltd. will inform the customer beforehand regarding service availability.

Presentation and Warranty

Get-Aid Ltd. provides a guarantee only for its own products or services presented. Get-Aid Ltd. offers information about products or services presented by third parties/vendors but does not provide any guarantee or accept responsibility for them.

Customer Contact

Get-Aid Ltd. maintains contact with customers through various channels, including a Facebook page, SMS, email, and mobile calls.

Responsibility

It is your responsibility to check and ensure that you have downloaded and installed the correct version of our app on your device. Get-Aid Ltd. will not be responsible for any issues arising from using an incompatible device or a duplicate version of the app. Get-Aid Ltd. will not be responsible for the performance of third-party hardware or equipment installed for its services. Get-Aid Ltd. is not responsible for any damage or risk to laundry in self-service washing stations due to user mishandling of the machine. Get-Aid Ltd. shall not be responsible for any damage caused to clothes due to the user selecting the wrong 'Wash Type' at the self-service washing station. For example, not using Delicate mode for delicate fabrics can cause damage. Get-Aid Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss or theft of clothes from the machine.

Users can cancel scheduled washing times through the app, subject to the following conditions:
